Accountable is a Powerful Adjunct to Continued Addiction Treatment

We take our cues from you, in creating a relapse prevention and relapse safety plan that is appropriate for your client and the work that you are doing with them. 

Our portal creates an environment that facilitates collaboration between the recovering individual, professionals and family.  In addition, we:

• Invite transparency in recovery. An Accountable member can invite anyone to their portal including family, therapists, counselors, coaches, case managers, etc. free of additional charge. In short, we fill in the gaps between sessions! 

• Provide continuing engagement and support over text message at least three times a week based on an existing relapse prevention plan, or one created based on our intake questionnaire.

• Conduct random saliva-based toxicology testing on a weekly, or monthly basis depending on the plan that is selected.  We also use this time for peer support over video chat. In addition, we can monitor SoberLink and RecoveryTrek BAC devices. 

• Collect standardized data weekly in the form of a brief substance craving survey, GAD-7, and PHQ-9 to demonstrate to the individual that recovery action works, and as data that their clinical team can use as well!
